  • The venue must be cleaned, inspected, and vacated by 9:00 p.m. or dark, whichever comes first.
  • Renters are responsible for their guests and any damages incurred during the event.
  • A designated person must be available for a post-event walkthrough with MacCallum More personnel.
  • No smoking is permitted inside any buildings.
  • Respect our neighbors by avoiding blocked driveways or unauthorized parking.
  • Only service animals are allowed
